What we collect
The contact form. When you send the form on our contact page we receive your name, work email, company (if you give it), the topic you pick and your message. The form runs on Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and is delivered to [email protected] by SMTP2GO, an email delivery service. SMTP2GO does not store the content of these messages; it keeps only a short delivery record. The form also has a hidden field and a timestamp that are used only to block spam.
Emails and documents you send us. This includes the invoices or accounts payable exports you share for a Renewals Audit. We use them to build your list of technology contracts, benchmark the pricing against the market and write your audit summary. Who can access them and how long we keep them are set out in the agreement for your audit or engagement. Please leave out bank account and payment card details.
Who we share it with
- Providers you choose. When you ask us to get a quote from a provider, or sign with one through Level2, we share the contact and service details it needs to quote, contract and set up the service. The provider handles them under its own privacy policy.
- The services that run our site and email. Cloudflare hosts the site and, like any web host, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and block abuse. SMTP2GO delivers form messages, and our email provider holds the [email protected] mailbox.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This site has no analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies, and its fonts and scripts are served from l2help.com itself. If that changes, we will update this page first.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to get a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, or to stop hearing from us.
